Return Policy

Purpose

This policy explains the company’s approach to purchases of digital content (games, in-app purchases, downloadable content, virtual goods, subscriptions) and the circumstances under which refunds are not provided.

Scope

Applies to all digital goods and services purchased or redeemed through the company’s website, apps, consoles, third-party stores, or partner platforms.

No-Refund Policy

All sales of digital items are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed, download begins, the content is accessed, or a license/activation key is provided to the purchaser.

Purchases of digital items, including but not limited to full games, downloadable content (DLC), in-app purchases, virtual currency, consumables, and user-generated content, are not eligible for refund except as required by applicable law.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at the company’s sole discretion in limited circumstances, including:

  • Technical defects preventing access or use that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate charges or clear payment errors.
  • Unauthorized purchases confirmed after investigation.
  • Legal obligations under consumer protection laws requiring refunds.

To request an exception, customers must contact customer support within 30 days of purchase and provide order details, account information, and evidence of the issue.

Refund Process (for approved exceptions)

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • For purchases made using store credit, promotional credit, gift cards, or virtual currency, refunds may be issued as store credit at the company’s discretion.
  • Any taxes or fees collected will be refunded only if required by law; processing or transaction fees may be non-refundable.

License Terms

Digital purchases grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the content; the company may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or breach of terms.

Reversal of access or revocation of keys/licenses may occur without refund if the user violates terms of service.

Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Customers who initiate chargebacks may have their accounts suspended or terminated pending investigation.
  • The company reserves the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks and recover costs associated with abuse.

Consumer Rights and Legal Compliance

This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws; if local law grants the customer a refund right (e.g., within a statutory cooling-off period), the company will comply with those requirements.

Nothing in this policy limits consumers’ legal rights under applicable law.
